Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?

We recommend booking ahead so we can make sure the right person is available to meet with you. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, but appointments get priority.

What happens during the appointment? Is there a cost?

Appointments are free. Depending on what you're here for, you'll meet with an admissions officer, teacher, or member of our administrative team, who'll walk through your questions and next steps in person.

Where can I find my appointment details after booking?

Check the confirmation email we send right after you book — it includes your reservation number, the date and time, and a link to manage your appointment.

What should I bring with me?

This depends on why you're visiting. Prospective parents should bring their child's birth certificate and any previous school records, if available. Current parents should bring anything relevant to what you're discussing, like report cards or medical notes.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

No problem. Use your reservation number and email to look up your appointment anytime before your visit and make the change yourself. No need to call in.
