Alexandria International Schools and its staff members do not accept, review, or consider unsolicited ideas, proposals, suggestions, creative works, or other materials. This includes submissions related to curriculum development, program ideas, fundraising concepts, event proposals, marketing materials, or any other content (collectively referred to as "submissions").We kindly ask that you do not send unsolicited submissions to the school or any staff members.

1. Why We Have This Policy
This policy helps us avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes that could arise if our school's programs, activities, or initiatives happen to resemble submissions that were sent to us. We want to maintain clarity and fairness in all our relationships with our school community.
2. What Happens If You Send a Submission Anyways
If you choose to send us a submission despite this policy, the following terms will automatically apply:
- Your submission and any related rights become the property of Alexandria International Schools, with no compensation provided to you
- AIS may use, modify, or share your submission in any way for any purpose
- AIS has no obligation to review your submission
- AIS has no obligation to keep your submission confidential
3. We Welcome Your Feedback
While we cannot accept unsolicited ideas, we truly value feedback from our school community about our existing programs and services. If you would like to share feedback, please:
- Contact your child's teacher directly about classroom-related matters
- Reach out to the appropriate department head for program-specific feedback
- Use our official feedback form on the school website
- Attend scheduled parent-teacher conferences and community meetings
4. Information You Share With Us
Any feedback you provide through official channels will be considered non-confidential. The school may use this feedback to improve our programs and services without compensation to you.
