About the role
We're looking for a creative Social Media Manager to tell our school's story online and connect with our community. You'll showcase what makes our school special while building engagement with students, parents, and the broader community.

Role Responsibilities:
- Create and manage our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Develop engaging content that highlights student achievements, school events, and educational programs
- Respond to comments and messages, building positive relationships with our online community
- Work with teachers and staff to capture and share compelling stories about school life
- Track content performance and adjust strategies to reach more people effectively
- Handle any social media challenges professionally and maintain our school's positive reputation online
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Proven track record managing social media accounts with measurable results in audience growth
- Strong writing abilities and skills in creating visual content using design software
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and how to interpret the data
- Understanding of current digital trends and what works best for educational organizations
Nice to have:
Previous experience managing social media for schools or family-oriented organizations
Photography and video skills to create dynamic content
Certification in Google Analytics, Facebook advertising, or other digital marketing platforms
Experience running paid social media campaigns and managing advertising budgets
