About the role
We are looking for a skilled Science Lab Technician to oversee our school's science laboratories. The successful candidate will assist teachers in preparing and conducting experiments, ensuring a safe and efficient lab environment.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of lab supplies, ordering materials as needed and maintaining a well-organized storage system.
- Assist teachers and students during lab sessions, providing guidance on proper techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with science teachers to develop and organize lab experiments that align with the curriculum.
- Set up and maintain science lab equipment, ensuring functionality and safety.
- Stay informed about safety regulations in a laboratory environment and ensure compliance.
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
- Laboratory experience, including knowledge of common scientific procedures and techniques.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have:
Previous experience in a school setting, particularly in a science-related role.
Familiarity with safety regulations specific to educational laboratories.
