About the role
We need a skilled Photographer to capture the vibrant life of our school community through compelling images. You'll document important events, create promotional content, and help tell our school's story through powerful visual storytelling.

Role Responsibilities:
- Photograph school events including graduations, sports competitions, cultural activities, and daily classroom life
- Create high-quality images for marketing materials, website content, and social media campaigns
- Maintain and organize a comprehensive photo library with proper cataloging and backup systems
- Edit and process photos using professional software to ensure optimal quality and consistency
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to understand visual content needs and deadlines
- Provide photography training and support to staff members for basic event documentation
Role Qualifications:
- Professional photography certification or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Proficiency with professional camera equipment, lighting, and photography accessories
- Strong skills in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
- Portfolio showcasing diverse photography styles including events, portraits, and documentary work
- Understanding of composition, lighting principles, and ability to work in various environments
Nice to have:
Experience photographing educational institutions or youth-focused organizations
Video production and editing skills for multimedia content creation
Drone photography certification and equipment for aerial school campus shots
Previous work creating visual content for marketing and promotional campaigns
