About the role
We're looking for a creative In-House Graphics Designer to develop visual content that represents our school's brand and enhances communication with our community. You'll create everything from marketing materials to educational resources while maintaining consistent, professional visual standards.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital advertisements for school events and programs
  • Create visual content for social media platforms, website, and newsletter communications
  • Develop educational materials and visual aids to support classroom instruction and student learning
  • Maintain brand consistency across all school communications and ensure professional presentation
  • Design graduation certificates, awards, and ceremonial materials for school events
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand their visual communication needs and deliver effective solutions
Role Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related creative field
  • Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving and diverse design capabilities
  • Understanding of print production processes and digital media requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs
Nice to have:

Experience designing for educational institutions or organizations serving families

Photography and video editing capabilities to create multimedia content

Experience with brand development and style guide creation
